About the customers' forwarders in China.

Dear valuable customers,

We understand that many of our customers have their own forwarders in China, and they hope they can use their own forwarders to ship products to them.

However, according to our experience, many of our customers ( Even some of our OEM product customers who have containers ship to their countries every month) don't have a satisfied forwarders, most of them only have 1 boat to customers' destination one week. And they always delay the shipping and had a bad communication with us as a supplier.

So if customers who require the shipping schedule strictly, we would suggest to use our cooperative forwarder, who have boat to the US, EU countries everyday. So we will not delay your shipping.

If you use your own forwarders, we will work with your forwarders very good for exporting and shipping, but we take the esponsibility for shipping your products for your forwarders' warehourse.
